Yes, 100%. We source all our skincare and cosmetics directly from authorized distributors and brands in South Korea to ensure every product is authentic and fresh.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy for opened skincare products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Most Korean products display the manufacturing date (제조) or expiration date (까지). If you need help translating these dates, please contact our support team with a photo of the packaging.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
